CANCELLATION OF ELECTION AND

DECLARATION DEEMING CANDIDATES ELECTED FOR

Lower Valley Fire District

Pursuant to authorization by the Board of Directors, the Lower Valley Fire District has the authority to cancel the election and declare candidates elected if, by the close of business on the sixty-third (63rd) day before the scheduled election, the number of candidates does not exceed the number of available positions.

As of the close of business on February 28, 2025, the number of candidates for Director did not exceed the number of offices to be filled, including those who filed affidavits of intent as write-in candidates.

In accordance with Section 1-13.5-513(6), C.R.S., the Designated Election Official hereby cancels the regular election previously scheduled for May 6, 2025.

THE ELECTION IS CANCELLED, AND THE FOLLOWING CANDIDATES ARE DECLARED ELECTED FOR THE TERMS INDICATED:

• Mark Bonella: 4-year term
• Jesse Mease: 4-year term
